2009-10: CROSS-COUNTRY – Eight-time meet participant for the Eagles…finished 11th twice, once at the Asics Invite (10/10/09) in a time of 21:24.56 and once at The Sun Conference Championships (11/7/09) with a mark of 20:59.07…season-best and career-best time was earned at the Charles Bowles Invitational (10/3/09) when she ran the meet in 19:33.60.
 
2008-09:  OUTDOOR – Member of the 4x800m team at the Florida Relays (Apr. 3-4) meet, with relay time of 10:13.33...Placed third in the 5K run at the Riddle Run-Around (Apr. 5) with a time of 22:42.34…Competed at the 2009 Sun Conference Championship (Apr. 19) in the 5K and 10K placing fifth with a time of 22:04.70 and fourth with a time of 45:12.01, respectively.   CROSS-COUNTRY – Competed in six events for the Eagles…posted a season-best 20:05 at the Florida Tech Invitational (Sept. 13)…the No. 1 Eagle finisher and fourth overall at the Sand Shark Invitational (Oct. 25) with a time of 21:08…competed in the NAIA National Championships, crossing the finish line in 21:47.
 
2007-08: OUTDOOR –Competed in the 5K run at the Spikes Classic and finished third in 21.42.09 (Mar. 15). CROSS COUNTRY – Ran in five meets for the Eagles and scored in two…recorded her career-best time of 19:46 at the Sand Shark Invitational (Oct. 20) and earned fifth-place overall, her best finish of the season…finished the Lucian Rosa Invitational (Oct. 13) in 21:01 and was the fifth Eagle to cross the finish line.
 
Prep: A 2007 graduate of Greenbrier High School...set the record in the 800m at Greenbrier...participated in the 5k in cross country...ran the 4x800m, 400m, and 4x400m in track...named to the All-Region cross country team as a junior.
 
Personal: Born in North Charleston, N.C. on Feb. 7, 1990…daughter of Rebecca Ferguson and Mike Cook...pursuing a degree in Aerospace Engineering.
