2009-10: CROSS-COUNTRY – 2009 All-Conference honoree…one of three Eagle runners to run in all nine events…finished no worse than sixth on the Eagles’ squad on the season…was third on the team and 19th overall at the Early Bird Classic (9/4/09) in 20:15.90…sixth place finish at The Sun Conference Championships (11/7/09) was season highest…ran a 19:42.18 at the Charles Bowles Invite (10/3/09)...was the fourth Eagle finisher at the NAIA National Championship (11/21/09) with a time of 20:38.00.
 
2008-09:  OUTDOOR – Participated in the 5K and the 3000m run at the Spike’s Classic (Mar. 21), placing eighth (23:22.82) and first (12:30.22), respectively…set a new school record in the 3000m steeplechase at the Florida Relays in a time of 12:05.84…placed third in the Riddle Run-Around (Apr. 5) 1500m run with a time of 5:06.95…finished the 800m run Miami Elite (Apr. 11) in 2:32.91 and placed 12th in the 1500m run with a time of 5:10.15…placed first in the 10K run and 3000m steeplechase at the 2009 Sun Conference Championship (Apr. 19) with times of 44:32.51 and 12:31.08, respectively. INDOOR – Competed in the Winter Sun (Jan. 17) as a member of the fourth place 4x400m with a relay time of 4:52.26 and finished third in the one mile and 1000m run with times of 5:44.37 and 3:17.20, respectively…placed fifth in the 1000m run with a time of 3:13.83 and second in the 3K run with a time of 11:21.93 at the ERAU Challenge (Jan.31) …finished the 1 mile run in 5:47.10 at the Tiger Invitational (Feb. 13-14)…placed fifth in the 1000m with a time of 3:17.58 and fourth in the 3000m with a time of 11:14.82 at the ERAU Last Chance (Feb. 21). CROSS-COUNTRY – Raced in nine meets as a sophomore…was the squad’s No. 3 runner at the UCF Knights Invitational (Sept. 8), clocking in at 20:08.45…ran her best time of the year at the FSU Invitational (Sept. 27), finishing in 19:45.12…placed third among ERAU runners at the Hatter Invitational (Oct. 17) with a time of 20:35…tied her best overall finish at The Sun Conference Championships (Nov. 8) where she placed eighth with a time of 19:59.
 
2007-08: INDOOR- Finished sixth at the Blue Gold Invite in the mile and eighth in the 1000m (Feb. 2)…took third place in the 1000m at the Winter Sun meet in 3:17.20 (Jan. 19). OUTDOOR– Placed fourth in the 3K steeplechase at the Seminole Twilight in 12:54.52 (May 10)…finished first in the 3K steeplechase, fourth in the 1000m, and fourth in the 5K at the FSC Championships (Apr. 21). CROSS COUNTRY – Participated in three events for ERAU…placed sixth among Embry-Riddle runners at the Lucian Rosa Invitational (Oct. 13) with her career-best time of 21:23…had her highest overall finish at the Sand Shark Invitational (Oct. 20) with 13th place in 21:24.
 
Prep: A 2007 graduate of Oviedo High School...earned four letters in cross country and four in  track...placed first at the Seminole Athletic Conference Championships...named first team All-District, All-Region, second team All-State and the team’s MVP twice...qualified for the state meet in the 1600 meter run in 2006...finished as the conference runner-up, and was named to the All-District team in 2005...ranked No. 1 in the Academic All-County race in 2004...earned Academic All-State honors...selected for the All-Region team and third team All-County...participated in indoor track from 2003-05.
 
Personal: Born in Fort Knox, Ky. on June 27, 1989…daughter of Lisa and Craig Langhauser…majoring in Software Engineering.
