2011-12: CROSS COUNTRY: Finished second overall and first on the squad at The Sun Conference Championships (Nov. 5) to earn first team All-Conference accolades…earned Sun Conference Runner of the Week honors for her performance at the Mountain Dew Invitational (Sept. 24) in which she placed 41st overall in 19:23.66…was either the first or second Eagle to cross the finish line in all eight of ERAU’s meets…placed 64th overall and first on the team at the NAIA National Championships (Nov. 19) in a time of 19:22. INDOOR: Collected NAIA All-America honors in both the 1000m and 4x800m relay events…finished fourth in the 1000m at the NAIA Indoor Track & Field Championships (Mar. 3), posting a 2:56.11, her personal best…helped her 4x800m relay squad to a fifth-place finish at the national meet, finishing in 9:15.26…finished fifth overall at the Florida Gator Invitational (Jan. 22) in the mile, coming in at 5:10.04, her best as a collegian…won the 800m (2:19.02) and 1000m (3:01.19) at the ERAU Last Chance meet (Feb. 18), as well as the 4x400m relay (4:03.22) and the 4x800m relay (9:26.88). OUTDOOR: Earned her fourth and fifth NAIA All-America honors in the 1500m and 4x800m relay events…finished seventh at the NAIA Outdoor Track & Field Championships (May 26) in the 1500m, posting a time of 4:36.40…her 4x800m relay team finished third at the National Championships in a time of 8:59.34…All-Sun Conference runner in four events at The Sun Conference Championships (Apr. 23), including the 1500m (4:52.48), 800m (2:24.70), 4x400m relay (4:12.44) and 4x800m relay (9:31.95)…posted career-bests in three events during the spring, including a time of 2:15.65 in the 800m at the North Florida Invitational (Mar. 31), 4:35.10 in the 1500m at the Duke Twilight (May 6) and 18:55.77 in the 5000m at The Sun Conference Championships.

2010-11: CROSS COUNTRY: Ran in six meets for the Eagles...top-five ERAU finisher in all six meets...finished 15th overall at the Florida Tech Invite (Sept. 11) with a time of 20:25.11...placed sixth overall at The Sun Conference Championships (Nov. 6) in a career-best time of 18:39...the third Eagle finisher at the NAIA National Championships (Nov. 20) in a time of 19:33. INDOOR: Participated in five meets…placed third in the 1000m (3:23.44) at the ERAU Indoor Outdoor Challenge (Jan. 22)…ran a career-best time of 5:25.92 in the mile at the Jimmy Carnes Invitational (Jan. 29)…took third place in the 1000m (3:12.59) and sixth place in the 800m (2:29.04) at the ERAU Last Chance (Feb. 18)…part of three relay teams (4x400m, 4x800m, 4000m Distance Medley) that competed at the NAIA Indoor National Championships (Mar. 3). OUTDOOR: Competed in nine meets during outdoor season…finished fifth in the 1500m (5:00.47) at the ERAU Spikes Classic (Mar. 18)...helped the 4x800m relay to a first-place finish (9:22.94, “A” standard) and the 4x400m relay to a second-place finish (4:10.20) at the ERAU Spikes Classic…earned eighth place in the 800m (2:21.14) at the BCU Beach Invitational (Apr. 9)…won a gold in the 4x800m relay (9:38.97) and a silver in the 3000m Steeplechase (13:09.32) at The Sun Conference Championships (Apr. 17)…finished 10th in the 800m at the UCF Twilight (May 5) with a time of 2:20.31…part of the 4x800m relay team that scored two points with a seventh-place finish in a school-record time of 9:07.88 at the NAIA Outdoor National Championships (May 26).

2009-10: CROSS COUNTRY: Turned in her best time of the season of 20:01.52 at the Southeastern Classic (Oct. 24)…scored points for the Eagles at the Early Bird Classic (Sept. 4) as the fourth Eagle finisher in 20:52.10…finished ninth overall at the Asics Classic (Oct. 10), crossing the finish line in 21:24.56. INDOOR: Competed in four meets as an Eagle…finished fifth in both the 800m (2:32.66) and the 1000m (3:17.05) at the ERAU Indoor/Outdoor Challenge (Jan. 23)…ran to a fifth-place mark of 2:43.54 at the ERAU Dual Meet (Feb. 27). OUTDOOR: Helped the Eagles to The Sun Conference title with a second-place time of 13:50.97 in the 3000m steeplechase at The Sun Conference Championships (Apr. 18) and a seventh-place performance in the 10000m (48.15.03)…put together a pair of 11th-place marks at the ERAU Spike’s Classic (Apr. 2) in the 400m (1:08.68) and 5000m (23:55).

PREP: A 2009 graduate of Northern High School…earned nine varsity letters competing four years in outdoor track, three years in indoor track and two years on NHS’ cross country team…three time state qualifier in outdoor and indoor track…the 2008 outdoor regional champion in the 1600m run…named the 2008 All-County Athlete of the Year in both outdoor track and cross country…placed fourth in the 800m and as a member of the 4x400 relay team at the outdoor regional championships in 2008…placed fourth at the 2009 Indoor State meet in the 500m run and captured fifth in the 800m run…named first team All-SMAC in 2008…captained the cross country team during her senior season… Honorable Mention All-Metro…named the 2008 Cross Country Fall All-Extra Athlete of the Year and the All-SMAC cross country Athlete of the Year…placed 11th overall at the 2008 Maryland State Cross Country Meet after finishing 14th in 2007…member of the 2007 and 2008 regional cross country championship team…named the team’s MVP in both her junior and senior seasons...member of the National Honor Society...honored as a distinguished scholar on the honorable mention list for the state of Maryland…graduated in the top five percent of graduating class…member of the All-County Honor Band and the Outstanding Jazz Musicians while in middle school.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Mary Jean and Mauricio Miguel Coelho…volunteered with Chesapeake Beach’s elementary track meet…participated in Read Across America…majoring in Meteorology Research with a minor in Business Administration.
