2007-2008: INDOOR ? Member of the fifth place All-American 4x800 meter team at the NAIA Indoor National Championships. OUTDOOR ? Member of the 4x800 meter relay All-American team that broke the school record multiple times...took fourth in the 5000m at the Seminole Twighlight (May 10)...placed second in the 5K and 10K as well as third in the 1500 meter at the Florida Sun Conference Championship (Apr. 21). CROSS COUNTRY ? Competed in eight races, scoring in all of them...was ERAU’s No. 3 runner and the fifth-place finisher in the first race of the season with a time of 20:15.90 at the Florida Tech Invitational (Sept. 8)...scored fourth-place team points in the next seven races...finished fourth overall at the Sand Shark Invitational (Oct. 20) with her season-best time of 19:18.

2006-2007: INDOOR ? Recorded her season-best times on her home track...ran her best mile of 2007 in 5:25.60 at the ERAU Indoor/Outdoor Challenge (Jan. 27), an Eagle record...finished the 800m (2:28.06) and 1000m (3:03.52) in season-best times at the ERAU Last Chance Meet (Feb. 24)...part of the 4000m distance medley relay team that completed the event in an ERAU-best 12:23.67 at the ERAU Last Chance Meet and qualified for nationals...ran the second leg of Embry-Riddle’s distance medley relay team that broke the indoor record in the finals at the NAIA Indoor Nationals (Mar. 10) with a time of 12:26.27. CROSS COUNTRY ? Battled back from injury to compete in three meets...the Eagles' No. 3 three runner at the FSC/Region XIV (Nov. 4) and NAIA National (Nov. 18) Championships...finished fourth in the Eagle flock at the Florida State Invitational (Oct. 7) in 21:16.39...ran her fastest 5K race of the season (20:40) at nationals...earned All-FSC and All-Region XIV honors after placing fifth at the FSC/Region XIV championships in 20:42.32.

2005-2006: INDOOR - Posted a team-best 10:55.73 in the 3000m at the Tiger Invitational (Feb. 10)...OUTDOOR- Set the 3000m record, running the event in 10:57.93 at the FSU Invitational (Apr. 7)...also turned in program-best times in the mile and 1500m times of 5:41.09 and 4:53.63, respectively...placed third in the 5K at the Florida Sun Conference meet in 20:26.26...member of the 4x800m relay team that qualified for nationals in a school record time of 9:34.20 on Apr. 15 at the Riddle Relays...participated in the 4x400m relay that marked an ERAU outdoor record time of 4:03.87 at the Georgia Tech Invitational (May 12).

Prep: A 2004 graduate of San Ramon Valley High School...participated in only one season of track in high school...earned three letters in soccer and three letters in lacrosse.

Personal: Born in Walnut Creek, Calif. on Feb. 27, 1986...daughter of Patrick and Terri Costello...majoring in Aerospace Engineering.
