2020-21: CROSS COUNTRY: First team All-Sunshine State Conference…placed second at the 2020-21 Sunshine State Conference Cross Country Championship (Feb. 27) in a personal best 6K time of 22:42.9…OUTDOOR: USTFCCCA All-Academic Athlete...Peach Belt Conference Presidential Honor Roll...USTFCCCA All-Region selection in the 1500m...competed in seven meets…set an ERAU record of 10:11.80 in the 3000m at the ERAU First Chance Last Chance meet (Feb. 20)…ran the fastest 1500m race of her career at the Embry-Riddle Invite (April 17), finishing in 4:31.94 to record the fastest 1500m race in the PBC in 2021 and earn PBC Track Athlete of the Week honors…recorded personal bests in the 800m (2:18.94) and the 5000m (18:07.36) at the Peach Belt Conference Championships…also won the 1500m run at the conference meet to total 22 points and win PBC Freshman Track Athlete of the Year honors.

2019-20: CROSS COUNTRY: Ran in five meets for the Blue and Gold as a rookie...season-best time of 18:59.5 came at the Charles Bowles Invitational (Oct. 5)...placed fifth overall at the ASICS Embry-Riddle Classic (Sept. 21). INDOOR: Named a USTFCCCA All-Region honoree in the distance medley relay…USTFCCCA All-Academic Athlete…competed in six meets and set four personal records on the year…placed second in the 1000m with a PR of 3:10.89 at the Embry-Riddle Indoor-Outdoor Challenge (Jan. 25)…ran a 5:22.85 Mile at the Carolina Challenge (Jan. 31- Feb.1), and a 1:02.45 400m at the South Carolina Invitational (Feb. 7-8)…helped the distance medley relay team to first place in an ERAU season-best 12:05.18 at the JDL DMR Invitational (Feb. 21-22)…capped with season with a PR of 2:22.02 in the 800m at the USC Indoor Open (Feb. 22).

Prep: Graduated in 2019 from Northwestern Lehigh High School...captained both her prep cross country and track teams...Northwestern Press Athlete of the Year...first team All-League in cross country...led her team to a third-place showing at the PIAA State Championships...4x800m relay PIAA State Championship qualifier...posted a personal-best 5K time of 19:59 and an 800m best of 2:25.83...Colonial League Academic All-Star...member of the National Honor Society and the Science National Honor Society.
