Biography
2021: OUTDOOR: Garnered USTFCCCA All-Region recognition in the 400m hurdles and as part of the 4x400m relay team...competed in all seven meets…posted top-four finishes in the hurdle events at the Peach Belt Conference Championships (April 30 – May 1), with a PR of 14:78 for fourth place in the 100m hurdles and another PR of 1:03.40 for second place in the 400m hurdles…helped the 4x400m relay team win the conference title with a time of 3:56.18.
2019-20 INDOOR: Competed in four meets…set personal bests in the 400m (1:00.75) and the 60m hurdles (9.23) at the Embry-Riddle Indoor-Outdoor Challenge (Jan. 25)…also recorded a PR in the 200m at the South Carolina Invitational (Feb. 8)…placed first in the 400m hurdles in a career-best time of 1:05.35 at the Tampa Track Classic (Feb. 28).
2017-18:Â INDOOR:Â Helped the 4x400m relay team to a 15th-place time of 4:11.04 at the BSC Panther Indoor Icebreaker (Dec. 1).

PREP: Graduated from Flagler Palm Coast High School in 2015…competed track and field under Head Coach Dave Halliday…personal-bests include a 43.9 in the 300m hurdles and 14.9 in the 100m hurdles…two-time captain and team MVP…named Athlete of the Year in 2015…three-time state qualifier…earned All-State distinction with a seventh place finish in the 300m hurdles in 2015…holds four school records.
