  • Title
    Graduate Assistant Coach
Kaitlyn Henry joined the Embry-Riddle women's lacrosse coaching staff in August 2025, after a fantastic four-year career with the Eagles.

A native of New Jersey, Henry etched her name in program history by becoming ERAU’s first-ever College Sports Communicators Academic All-American in 2025. That same season, she earned All-Region and First Team All-Conference honors while captaining the Eagles in their best season to date—a 17-4 overall record, the program’s first Sunshine State Conference Regular Season Championship, and its first victory in the NCAA II Tournament.

Over the course of her career, Henry was a two-time All-American and a two-time All-SSC selection. She set program records with 107 career ground balls and 79 caused turnovers, while starting 57 consecutive games from 2023–25.

Henry graduated from Embry-Riddle in May 2025 with a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and is currently pursuing a master's degree in the same field.
