Infielder/pitcher Raquelli Bianco has earned the Embry-Riddle Female Athlete of the Week honor for the week of April 25-May 1. This marks the second time this season that Bianco has earned the award. For the week, the senior went 6-for-9 with two doubles, two home runs, six runs scored and nine RBIs. She was also 2-for-2 in stolen bases. In the circle, Bianco was 1-0 with a 1.40 ERA and six strikeouts in a five-inning complete game victory, leading the Eagles to a season-ending series sweep over visiting Nova Southeastern.
