Senior right side Amanda Saunders has been named Embry-Riddle Female Athlete of the Week for the week of Sept. 6-11. For the week, Saunders tallied 20 kills, 16 blocks and four digs as the Eagles went 2-2 at the Hyatt Place Bash at the Beach. Saunders turned in a dominating performance in ERAU's 3-1 win over Lee on Friday, Sept. 9, recording nine kills and 12 blocks. Those 12 blocks broke the program record for blocks in a match which was set nearly 15 years ago.
