Tara Fields of the women's basketball team has been named the Embry-Riddle Female Athlete of the Week for Nov. 20-26 after leading the Eagles to a pair of wins at the NSU Thanksgiving Classic. For Fields, this marks her first weekly award of the season and third of her career. The senior averaged 25 points and 4.5 rebounds per game at the tournament. Fields scored 20 points and had three rebounds, two blocks, and two steals in the Blue and Gold's 86-66 win against Lee and closed out the tournament with 30 points, six boards and three assists to lead the Eagles to a 77-61 win over West Alabama.
