Sierra Coward is the Embry-Riddle Female Athlete of the Week for the second time this season and second time in her career. The ERAU track standout bettered the ERAU record she set at the Peach Belt Conference Championships, closing out The Mount Olive First Chance and Multi meet with 4,544 points. In addition to achieving a provisional qualifying standard, the junior's performance included a PR of 5.27m in the long jump.
