Jasmin Kadric was a four-year letterwinner (1999-02) who helped put the Embry-Riddle men’s soccer program in the national limelight. A four-time first team All-Region selection, Kadric was named the Region Player of the Year three times and is the first player in program history to earn first team All-America honors three times.

Kadric’s legacy includes scoring the game-winning goal that secured the Eagles’ first regional title and the first trip to the NAIA National Tournament. He is the Eagles’ all-time leader in career points (132) and career goals (53) and ranks third in career game-winners (11) and fourth in assists (28).

Kadric completed his undergraduate degree in Engineering in three years and went on to pursue his Masters in Business Administration in his final year of eligibility at Embry-Riddle, which he completed in 2003. He currently works as an account representative for Citigroup in Frankfurt, Germany.

“Jasmin is a man of great integrity and if ever there was a poster boy for “The Package – Student, Person, Player”, it would surely be him. His obvious talent was made even better in the selfless way he used it. He worked hard to not only better himself, but also his teammates, coaches and fellow students. Jamsin did not desire the limelight and was quick to praise all those around him for his individual achievements. He was very modest and played the sport in the right way for the right reasons.”

John Haworth
Embry-Riddle Men’s Soccer Asst. Coach, 2001-02, 2008-present
Embry-Riddle Men’s Soccer Player (1998-01)

“(Jasmin) was the leader we always looked towards to guide us in difficult times and I can’t remember a time when he was not up for the challenge. However, he was not a ‘glory hunter’ or a selfish player. Through talent and hard work, Jasmin was consistently the best player in games and in practice, but he would also drive those around him to improve and demand high standards from every member of the squad.

"Jasmin left Embry-Riddle as the all-time points leader for men’s soccer, the leader in goals scored and a three-time first team All-American, with two degrees and with the utmost respect of his teammates and coaches.”
Paul Buckley
Embry-Riddle Men’s Soccer (2000-03)

“Personally, I always felt the most impressive aspect of Jasmin’s career and personality was how humble he was. Jasmin was a credit to Embry-Riddle at all times throughout his career, on and off the field. I have never heard anybody say a bad word about him. I am currently a soccer coach at the collegiate level. I understand how special Jasmin was because I haven’t seen his equal in 12 years.”
Dan McNally
Embry-Riddle Men’s Soccer (1996-99)

“It was known that Jasmin was a bright student in engineering, but he was not one to boast about grades or accomplishments. Jasmin was there for several teammates as a tutor in many subjects, including myself in mathematics. I remember Jasmin tutoring me until 2 a.m. in preparation for an exam the following day. Jasmin then returned home to finish his own homework. Despite the unexpected amount of time, he never gave up on me and put my preparation as important as his own work.”
Philip Jones
(Embry-Riddle, 1999-02)

“Jasmin is a man of character and integrity. He holds the highest moral standards and does the right thing for the right reason. I would trust Jasmin in any situation to uphold the highest standards of personal conduct and demeanor.”
David Gregson
Embry-Riddle Men’s Soccer Head Coach (1994-Present)
