THE EAGLES

The Eagles improved to 8-0 on the year with a hard fought, 66-54 win on the road at Berea on Saturday, getting a career game from Cesar Pastrana who scored 24 points and pulled down a career-high 18 rebounds in the victory. Pastrana continues to lead the charge for the Eagles offensively, averaging 17.0 points and grabbing 8.4 rebounds for the Blue and Gold.

Dalton Barnes and DeForest Carter each average in double-figures with 13.6 ppg and 12.0 ppg, respectively, while Barnes brings 4.4 rebounds and 3.6 assists per game and Carter registeres 4.0 rebounds, 6.9 assists and 3.6 steals per game.

ERAU has a scoring margin of +21.6 through eight contests, holding teams to 39 percent from the field and 33 percent from long range, forcing on average 18.4 turnovers and outrebounding teams by 11.5 boards per outing.

THE WARRIORS
The Warriors are still in search for their first win of the 2014-15 season, dropping their first seven contests by an average of 14.9 points per game. Raymond Durant leads the team with 13.4 ppg, while Dewaine Lyals chips in 10.7 points and 6.0 rebounds per contest.

WIU is shooting just 39 percent from the floor while their opponents are shooting nearly 52 percent overall and 43 percent from long range.
