DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. - The 14th annual ASICS Embry-Riddle Classic was held on ERAU's campus on Saturday morning, and the ERAU men's cross country team finished second in the Eagles' lone home meet of the 2016 season.

The Eagles saw their winning streak at the ASICS Classic snapped at nine on Saturday as NCAA I Seton Hall claimed the team title. It was the first time since 2006 that ERAU did not win the team crown. The Eagles placed all five runners in the top-22 finishers, totalling 2:18:48 with an average finish of 27:46. The Eagles' 60 points were 11 behind Seton Hall's race-winning 49.

Paul McKenna placed fourth overall to pace the Blue and Gold, finishing in 26:47.61. Following McKenna for the Eagles was
Noah Kemp in seventh (27:18.35),
Paris Williams in 11th (27:43.15),
Matt Graves in 21st (28:16.93) and
Brian Cheluget in 22nd (28:41.75).
Stephen Dietz (29:07.76),
Patrick White (29:37.31),
Andrew Carosi (30:43.87) and
Adam Lawrence (31:33.32) also competed for the Eagles, while
Calahan Warren (27:23.32) and
John Dennehy (29:17.33) race unattached in the race.
