AUGUSTA, Ga. – On Tuesday afternoon, the Peach Belt Conference announced its Track and Field Athletes of the Week, and Embry-Riddle's
Henri Delauze was named the Men's Track Athlete of the Week for the first time in his career.
Delauze won the award after breaking a pair of school records at the Embry-Riddle Spikes Classic this weekend. The senior from Freeport, Bahamas posted an NCAA provisional time and broke the school record in the 400m, finishing second overall with a time of 47.72. Later on Saturday, Delauze ran the opening leg of the 4x400m relay which finished first in a school-record and provisional-standard time of 3:12.50.
