LEXINGTON, Ky. – The American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) announced its annual NCAA II All-America teams on Wednesday and ERAU's
Sam Lanning and
Jaden McBride were included on the Honorable Mention All-America list, becoming the second and third Eagles to earn that distinction in the NCAA II era.
Lanning, who previously received AVCA All-South Region Honorable Mention, finished the season with 174 blocks and an average of 1.50 blocks/set, both of which led the Sunshine State Conference and ranked second in the nation. She also set a new program single-season blocks record with her 174 blocks.
McBride, who was previously named to the AVCA All-South Region team, finished the season as the SSC leader in kills (440), kills/set (3.83), and points/set (4.43). She was also ninth in the league in service aces with 38.
