FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – The Embry-Riddle women's tennis team suffered its third road loss of the season on Saturday, falling to fourth-ranked Nova Southeastern at the Sharks' NSU Tennis Center. The Eagles move to 2-3 with the loss, while the Sharks remain perfect at 4-0.
The Sharks took control of the match early on, sweeping all three doubles matches to win the doubles point.

Itxaso Blanco was forced to retire due to injury at the top position. The Sharks then earned straight set wins at No. 5 and No. 2 singles to clinch the victory.
The Eagles return to the friendly confines of the Crotty Tennis Complex on March 23 to host Florida Southern at 3:30 p.m.
