2024-25 Schedule
DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. - The start of the 2024-25 women's rowing season is less than a month away, and the Eagles released their schedule for the upcoming season on Wednesday with the intention of capturing a fourth-straight Sunshine State Conference title as well as a fifth consecutive trip to the NCAA II National Championship.

It's a condensed slate compared to the previous couple of years. Ten events are on the schedule, two less than last season.

The Head of the Charles has served as the fall season-opening regatta for the program since 2019, but this year Embry-Riddle starts with the Head of the Schuylkill on Oct. 26-27. The Eagles found much success at that regatta in 2023, which was the program's first-ever appearance. The Blue and Gold earned wins in Freshman/Novice Fours and Club Eights.

The next two weeks contain new events for the program. ERAU makes its first appearance at the Princeton Chase on Nov. 3 and follows it up with the inaugural Head of the Canal (Nov. 9) hosted by Florida Tech.

A four-month hiatus follows before the Eagles begin the spring at Rollins with Florida on March 8. The Stetson Showdown occurs one week later on March 15.

Championship season starts on March 28 as Embry-Riddle looks to defend its state title at the Florida Intercollegiate Rowing Championships in Sarasota, Florida. The Eagles then go to the Oklahoma City Invite (April 5) before traveling back to the northeast for the Knecht Cup (April 12-13).

Embry-Riddle receives a week off to prepare for the SSC Championship on April 25, which is once again at Nathan Benderson Park. The Eagles are the three-time defending champions.

Embry-Riddle is scheduled to compete against a plethora of NCAA I competition at USRowing's Women's Sprints on May 4. The Eagles qualified for the event after finishing in fourth in the Varsity Eights at the Dad Vail Regatta last year.

Lastly, ERAU hopes to receive one of the six available bids to the NCAA II National Championship from May 30-31 in West Windsor, New Jersey.
