LAKELAND, Fla. - The Embry-Riddle women's golf team made its second trip to Lakeland, this time for another rendition of the Lady Moc Classic. After two rounds, the Eagles are in 14th with 615 (309-306) strokes.

Unsurprisingly, it's another stacked field that features six teams ranked inside the top 10 (No. 1 Dallas Baptist, No. 2 Nova Southeastern, No. 3 Flagler, No. 5 Rollins, No. 8 Anderson, and No. 9 Barry) and 13 inside the top 25 (No. 12 Lynn, No. 15 Saint Leo, No. 18 Grand Valley State, No. 19 Wingate, No. 21 Lander, No. 23 Tampa, and No. 25 Florida Southern) of the most recent Clippd rankings. All 16 programs completed two rounds of the par-72, 6,029-yard course at The Club at Eaglebrooke.

Loa Johannsson (76-72=148) surged in the second round with a 72, her best single-round score in the spring, all the way up into a tie for 25th on the individual leaderboard. She notched six birdies her second time through the course, all of which came in a nine-hole span from the 17th hole to the seventh. The sophomore excelled on par-5s, going three under par and tying for the fifth-lowest average (4.63) on such holes. Additionally, Johannsson's eight birdies were tied for the fourth most in the 95-player field.

A team-high three birdies in round one gave Jasmine Yang a 78 to start. She dropped that down to a 76 in round two for 154 total strokes. The Merrill, Wisconsin product notched a team-high 24 pars over 36 holes.

Millie Lawson started strong, tying for the lowest first-round score by an Eagle (76), which was also her best opening round of the spring. A 79 in round two gave the graduate student 155 shots after day one.

Reni Jancsik (79-81=160) tallied a pair of birdies in each round. Her 79 in round one was her best opening round of the year.

Mackenzie McCormack (81-79=160) also racked up four birdies on the day.

The Eagles also sent three individual competitors including Savannah Hawthorne (81-74=155), who recorded her lowest round ever as an Eagle in round two, Stevie Albright (80-85=165), and Eden Tsouklaris (88-81=169).

Dallas Baptist (293-284=577) leads the field by seven shots over Lynn (299-285=584) and Flagler (291-293=584).

The Patriots' Julia Garcia (67-70=137) is the top individual.

The third and final round is on Tuesday.
