Baseball Takes Two From Tritons on Senior Day

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – Embry-Riddle Baseball celebrated its 2025 Senior Day by picking up two wins against Eckerd in Sunshine State Conference play on Saturday at Sliwa Stadium. The teams took the field at 11 a.m. to finish the Friday night game that was stopped in the middle of the fifth due to bad weather. The 15 members of the Eagles' senior class were recognized prior to the start of play and the seniors played key roles in the day's success.

The Eagles picked up where they left off of Friday building their four-run advantage to a 9-0 win for their third shutout of the season.

In what should have been the first game of a Saturday doubleheader, the Eagles used a three-run eighth to top the Tritons 8-5 and seal the series win.
