Embry-Riddle Women's Tennis Earns ITA Academic Honors

| By:
TEMPE, Ariz. — The Intercollegiate Tennis Association released two honors on Tuesday: the 2026 ITA Scholar-Athletes and the 2026 All-Academic Teams. The Eagles were selected as an All-Academic Team for the 11th consecutive year, while 12 individual members were honored as Scholar-Athletes.

To be named an ITA All-Academic Team, a program must have a team GPA of 3.2 or above, all student-athletes must be listed on the eligibility form, and all varsity letter winners must be factored into the cumulative team GPA for the current academic year. For the Blue and Gold in the 2025-26 academic year, the team sustained a 3.69 GPA in both the fall and spring semesters, a mark bolstered by five 4.0 GPAs in the fall and four in the spring.

To be named an ITA Scholar-Athlete, an individual must hold a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or better and be listed on the institutional eligibility forms. The following members of the Embry-Riddle women's tennis team met those criteria: Carlota Balseiro, Katelynn Bourk, Mariana Cabrera, Laura Cuesta Bret, Caroline DelSignore, Charly Egger, Daniela Fernandez Junquera, Amelie Gindl, Franziska Kremerskothen, Ashley Moinard, Benedetta Sensi and Lila Small.
