EMBRY-RIDDLE
The 11th-ranked Eagles travel to Babson Park, Fla. to take on Webber International for the final regular season series between the conference foes. ERAU (4-1) has won four straight after a sweep of No. 21 Brewton-Parker on Tuesday, 6-5 and 13-1. The Eagles are hitting .322 with 48 hits, 30 RBIs and 34 runs scored in their first five games of 2015.

Matt Jacobs continued to swing a hot bat agaisnt BPC, driving in the game-winning run in the first game of the DH before going 3-for-3 with two more RBIs in the finale. The junior is hitting .700 with seven RBIs to pace the Eagles. Jake Cavender is averaging .467 with seven hits along with Enderson Velasquez (.438) and Joshua Garcia (.389). Liam Goodall is second on the team with six RBIs.

On the mound, the Eagles have posted a 1.85 ERA in the early going, striking out 40 batters and issuing just 10 walks and allowing only 34 hits. Friday's starter Stetson Nelson was the victim of four unearned runs in his first start of the year, but tossed eight innings, fanning seven against Reinhardt last week. Kenny Burkhead (1-0, 1.29 ERA) and Corey Tufts (1-0, 3.18 ERA) are expected to start Saturday's contests.

WEBBER INTERNATIONAL

Jesus Villalobos is hitting .444 with eight hits and four RBIs for WIU, followed by Connor Clayton had .375 with four RBIs as well. Sean Stanislawski is 2-0 despite a 5.19 ERA in 8.2 innings of work.
