AUGUSTA, Ga. - On Monday afternoon, the Peach Belt Conference announced its Track and Field Athletes of the Week, and Embry-Riddle's
Kristen Metcalfe earned the award for Women's Track Athlete of the Week for the fourth time this season.

Fresh off earning PBC Women's Track Athlete of the Year honors at the league championships, Metcalfe returned to action with a victory in the 1500m at the Seminole Twilight Invitational.  The junior from Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, covered the distance in 4:22.54, setting a new PBC record for all meets and lowering her NCAA provisional time. Metcalfe's time is the fourth-fastest run in Division II this year.
