AUSTIN, Texas – The 2018 Google Cloud Academic All-America Division II Men's and Women's Track & Field/Cross Country teams were announced on Wednesday, and Embry-Riddle's
Marina LeVine was named to the second team.
LeVine, a graduate student from Indian Rocks Beach, currently carries a 3.60 GPA in the Master of Business Administration program. She was one of three Eagles, along with
Alana Bell and
Sarah Edens, who received Google Cloud Academic All-District honors three weeks ago. She finished 17th at the Sunshine State Conference Cross Country Championship with a time of 24:13.0 and was a part of the 4x400m relay team that won the event at the PBC Championships.
A total of 46 women's track & field/cross country athletes received Google Cloud Academic All-America recognition, with LeVine earning one of the 15 spots on the second team. She was also one of only two Peach Belt Conference athletes to earn All-America honors, along with Joy Diaz of Clayton State, who was named to the third team.
