DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – The Embry-Riddle men's tennis team is ranked 10
th in the nation according to the NCAA Division II Men's Preseason Top 25 Coaches Poll sponsored by Tennis-Point which was released by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association on Friday.
The Eagles are coming off the best season since the program became members of NCAA II, having advanced to the quarterfinals of the 2022 NCAA II national championship.
Embry-Riddle is one of four Sunshine State Conference teams ranked in the Top 20. Senior
Alexis Guedy is ranked 32
nd nationally in singles and is poised to lead the Eagles when the open the season on Feb. 1. After taking Southeastern, the Eagles will travel to No. 1 Barry (Feb. 4) and No. 3 Saint Leo (Feb. 9) to start their 2023 campaign.
