CLERMONT, Fla. – The Embry-Riddle men's and women's track and field teams wrapped up the 2023 season at the PURE Athletics Sprint Meet.
The Eagles opened the meet with a pair of wins in the triple jump.
Mikaela Miles won the women's event with an NCAA II provisional qualifying leap of 11.97m (39-3.25), while Kobe Diggs' jump of 13.98m (45-10.5) won the men's event.
In the 400m dash, Adam Landen placed third overall in 48.61, just 1/100 of a second off his personal best. Ajani McPherson also ran the second-fastest 400m race of his career with a time of 51.78.
Those who have hit provisional qualifying standards throughout the year, will learn if they will be included in the 2023 NCAA II Track & Field Championships lineup when the championship selections are announced on Tuesday.
