GAINESVILLE, Fla. – The Embry-Riddle women's track and field team continued the 2024 indoor season at the RADD College Invite at the Alachua County Sports Complex on Friday, highlighted by Brooklynn Gould's fantastic performance in the pentathlon.

Gould set an Embry-Riddle and personal record 3,504 points in the pentathlon. Gould posted personal bests in the high jump (1.58m) to finish 783 points ahead of the second-place competitor, more than the difference between second and 14th place as Sydney Cash also set a career record in the pentathlon, taking fifth with 2,490 points, which included a personal-best throw of 8.94m in the shot put.

Mikaela Miles posted the Eagles' first provisional qualifying mark of the season with her fourth-place finish in the triple jump. Her leap of 12.07m ranks third in program history and is currently ninth in NCAA II this season

One week after recording the best throw of her career in the weight throw, Kristen Rolle bettered that performance with a distance of 16.54m to place second.

ERAU took first place in the 4000m distance medley relay, as Caroline Harris, Laura McBride, Taylor Roth and Mackenzie Keller finished with a time of 12:09.79.

Ciara Thomas also broke into the program's all-time top 10 in the 200m, with her time of 25.27 being fifth-best in Eagle history.

The Eagles are back in action tomorrow, as they will be competing in the second of two days of the event starting at 10 a.m.
