PITTSBURG, Kan. -- Mikaela Miles competed in the NCAA Division II Indoor Championships in Pittsburg, Kan. on Saturday, posting one of the best marks in program history.
Competing in the triple jump at Pittsburg State's Robert W. Plaster Center, Miles posted a 12.19m leap, good enough for 10th place and second best in program history. Miles missed out on qualifying for the finals by just one place.
Next up for the Eagles in its first outdoor meet of the season as they'll compete in the River City Classic, hosted by North Florida in Jacksonville on Thursday, March 14.
