GAINESVILLE, Fla. – The Embry-Riddle men's indoor track and field team made the short trip to Gainesville for the first day of the Legends of Alachua County Invitational, posting multiple personal records and nine top-10 finishes.
Highlight Performances:
- Conrad Prisby: The graduate student from Schererville, Indiana, placed second in the men's pole vault. His mark of 4.70m ranks as the 10th-best vault in Embry-Riddle history.
- Tristan McWilliam: Led a group of eight Embry-Riddle finishers in the men's mile, placing 12th with a time of 4:18.11.
- Weight Throw: Chance Tressler continued his strong season, finishing second in the men's weight throw with a mark of 15.29m. Jacob Swavely also cracked the top 10, placing seventh with a season-best throw of 13.94m.
The Eagles will be back in action on Sunday, Feb. 2, for day two of the Legends of Alachua County Invitational.
