Men's Track and Field Has a Successful Day at the Last Chance Indoor Qualifiers

BOSTON, MA. – Five athletes from the Embry-Riddle men's track and field team traveled to compete in the Boston University Last Chance Indoor National Qualifiers, striving to earn a place in the NCAA Division II Indoor Track and Field Championships in Indianapolis.
Highlight Performances:
  • K'Anthony Benjamin: Competing in the 60m dash, Benjamin advanced through the preliminary rounds with a time of 7.00 seconds. In the finals, he finished just 0.01 seconds slower at 7.01 seconds, securing fifth place.
  • Aaron Nash: Nash competed in the long jump, securing fourth place out of 12 competitors with a mark of 6.95m.
  • Antonio Caito: Caito recorded a triple jump of 14.8m, marking the 10-farthest jump in ERAU history and meeting the NCAA provisional standard.
The Eagles' will now wait until Monday to see if they have made the field for the Indoor National Championships in Indianapolis. The Eagles transition to the outdoor stretch of the 2025 season, beginning with a home meet on March 8.
