Rain Forces Cancellation of Battle at the Shores

MIAMI SHORES, Fla. - Tournament officials announced the cancellation of the Battle at the Shores on Monday morning. It was scheduled to be Embry-Riddle Men's Golf's final regular season tournament. This is the first cancellation the program has experienced since 2020.

Heavy rain on Sunday flooded the course, and unfortunately, conditions were not able to improve. It's estimated half of a foot of rain was dropped in the area yesterday, leading to the closure of the course until Thursday.

Embry-Riddle now must prepare for the Sunshine State Conference Tournament at the Rio Pinar Country Club in Orlando from April 13-15.
