NORTHBOROUGH, Mass. – The Embry-Riddle women's lacrosse team garnered academic honors as announced by the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Association on Wednesday. Embry-Riddle was named an IWLCA Academic Honor Squad, while four individuals were named to the IWLCA Division II Academic Honor Roll.
To qualify as an Academic Honor Squad, a women's lacrosse team must have posted a 3.2 or higher team GPA for the academic year. Academic Honor Roll honorees must be a junior, senior or graduate student with a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher.
The 2024-25 academic year saw the Eagles compile a 3.658 team grade point average.
Kaitlyn Henry was the Eagles' only repeat performer on the Academic Honor Roll. The senior completed her undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering with a 3.975 GPA. Joining Henry on the Honor Roll were juniors
Jordan Davis and
Emily Silliman and senior
Madison Ellwood. Davis is a homeland security and intelligence major with a 3.845 GPA, while Silliman has 3.50 GPA in pursuit of her degree in human factors psychology. Ellwood graduated with a degree in mechanical engineering with a 3.557 GPA.
