SPARKS, Md. - USA Lacrosse Magazine has just announced
Eliana Enners as the NCAA Division II National Player of the Week, with the junior midfielder becoming the first ERAU player to ever earn the honor. Enners' contributions helped lead Embry-Riddle to a 3-0 week including a pair of wins against SSC opposition as well as a non-conference victory against Lander.
Enners had a record-breaking week as she accumulated 14 goals, four assists, 12 draw controls, 11 ground balls, and five caused turnovers across the three games. In the first SSC matchup of the season, against Rollins, the Bedford, New Hampshire, native had a game-high five draw controls to go along with her four points off of a trio of goals and an assist.
The highlight of her week came on Thursday night when the Preseason All-American scored a record-tying eight goals while adding nine points and eight ground balls. Each of those statistics rank among the top 10 in program history for a single-game performance. In addition to her offensive output, the midfielder caused three turnovers from the Bearcats.
To close out the week, Enners recorded a hat trick for the ninth consecutive game along with another five draw controls. The three goals from the reigning All-SSC player took her season tally up to 40 goals across the first 10 games of the 2026 season.
The only other Embry-Riddle player to earn national weekly recognition was when Elizabeth Ninesling was named the IWLCA National Defensive Player of the Week on April 19, 2022.
