DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – Embry-Riddle men's basketball has unveiled its 2025-26 schedule, Head Coach
Steve Ridder has announced.
The 2025-26 campaign is a 27-game regular-season slate that features 14 home contests inside the ICI Center as the Eagles look to contend in the Sunshine State Conference.
Embry-Riddle will prep with a preseason exhibition against Atlantis before hitting the road for an early test in Nashville, Tenn. on Nov. 15-16. ERAU's season tips off in the Music City at the Crossover Challenge hosted by Trevecca Nazarene. The Eagles take on Morehouse on Saturday to open and follow with the hosts on Sunday.
Embry-Riddle will wrap up the three-game stretch of road matchups with a test at Flagler on Nov. 19 before returning home to Daytona Beach for a three-game homestand beginning with SSC foe Saint Leo on Nov.22. The Eagles host non-conference bouts against Valdosta State on Nov. 29 and Trinity College of Jacksonville on Dec. 3.
SSC play heats back up with a hefty challenge at reigning National Champions, Nova Southeastern on Dec. 6 with ERAU returning for a Dec. 13 meeting with Barry in Daytona Beach. Before the New Year, Embry-Riddle is set to host Fort Lauderdale and Newberry for the Bahama House Shootout on Dec. 19-20 followed by a road clash at Florida Tech on Dec. 31.
Action will continue with SSC matchups filling up the second half of the season. ERAU will host three-straight to begin the New Year, hosting Eckerd (Jan. 3), Palm Beach Atlantic (Jan. 7), and Lynn (Jan. 10). January will conclude with six total contest and only two at home in the ICI on Jan. 17 versus Tampa and Jan. 28 versus Florida Tech.
February welcomes key matchups heading down the stretch beginning with a road game at Tampa on Feb. 7. The final homestand of the season features Rollins (Feb. 11), Florida Southern (Feb. 14), and Nova Southeastern (Feb. 18). ERAU will then travel south for games at Lynn (Feb. 21), Palm Beach Atlantic (Feb. 25), and Saint Leo (Feb. 28).
As for postseason play, the SSC Men's Basketball Tournament will take place at various locations beginning with the quarterfinals on March 3 and running through March 8. The champion will earn an automatic bid to the NCAA Division II National Tournament.
