DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. — Fourteen student-athletes earned weekly honors across the Sunshine State Conference and Peach Belt Conference. Members of the men's and women's track and field teams, along with the women's rowing team, were recognized for their performances over the past week.
Women's Track and Field
Alexandra Baltazar Hall earned her second weekly honor in as many weeks, as she was named the PBC Women's Field Athlete of the Week. Baltazar Hall recorded an NCAA Division II provisional mark of 46.42 meters, placing second at the USF Invitational on Saturday, April 11.
Men's Track and Field
The 4x100m relay team of Eli Enney,
Aaron Nash,
Derick Brown and
Luke Richardson earned SSC Sprint Athletes of the Week honors following a school-record performance. The Eagles posted a time of 40.42 seconds, the 16th-fastest mark in NCAA Division II this season, meeting the provisional standard and setting a program record.
Women's Rowing
The Varsity Eight boat won their only race of the weekend as they competed at the Knecht Cup in Pennsauken, New Jersey, this past weekend. The boat of
