DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. - Head Coach Liam McIlhatton revealed the upcoming schedule for the 2026 Embry-Riddle women's soccer season on Monday. The Eagles will have 17 games during the regular season, including 10 contests that will be played at home at ERAU Soccer Stadium. Admission will be free to all regular season home games for the upcoming season.
The Blue and Gold begin the season in just ten days when they host Lee on Aug. 27 with kickoff scheduled for 1 p.m. Less than 48 hours later, ERAU will be back on the pitch as they take on Flagler at noon on Aug. 29.
Embry-Riddle will continue their five-game home stand to start the season with three games the following week. Southern New Hampshire and the Eagles will face off for the first time in program history on Aug. 31, before Columbus State quickly follows on Sept. 3. The Eagles and Cougars have split their matchups 3-3 over the past six seasons, including a 2-1 win on the road for ERAU last season. Alabama-Huntsville will be another first-time opponent for the Blue and Gold when they visit for a noon kickoff on Sept. 5.
ERAU will travel to take on Florida Southern in a non-conference matchup on Sept. 9 before the Sunshine State Conference (SSC) season officially kicks off on Sept. 12 when Embry-Riddle faces Eckerd in St. Petersburg.
The Eagles will return home for Family Night at ERAU Soccer Stadium on Sept. 19, when they take on Barry, before hitting the road for a pair of short trips to local rivals Rollins on Sept. 23 and reigning national champions Florida Tech on Sept. 30.
October starts with a three-game home stand including Senior Night on Oct. 3 against Tampa before the Blue and Gold play host to Nova Southeastern (Oct. 10) and have their second matchup against Florida Southern (Oct. 14).
Three road games will immediately follow as the team travels to Saint Leo on Oct. 17 and then has a midweek out-of-state matchup against South Carolina Beaufort on Oct. 21. The final road game of the regular season is in Boca Raton versus Lynn on Oct. 24, with the regular season concluding on Oct. 27 after a home match against Palm Beach Atlantic.
Following the regular season, the top six SSC teams will qualify for the conference tournament, which is scheduled to begin on Monday, Nov. 2, with the quarterfinals round. The top two teams automatically advance to the semifinals, which are scheduled for Nov. 5, and the championship then being held on Sunday, Nov. 8.
The NCAA postseason will have the first and second rounds between Nov. 12-15, with the third round and quarterfinals on Nov. 19-22. The semifinal and final rounds will be part of the NCAA DII Fall Festival, taking place in Kansas City, Dec. 3-5.
