TAMPA, Fla. – The Embry-Riddle women's track and field team had a very successful showing on the second day of the USF Bulls Invitational, as the Eagles hit four "A" standards and won four different events against predominantly NCAA I and NCAA II competition.
Coming off an indoor national championship in the 800m just two weeks ago,

After earning two All-America honors at the NAIA Indoor National Championships,
Kristen Metcalfe also started off her outdoor campaign on the right foot as she won the 400m with a personal record and "A" standard time of 55.45.
Staker and Metcalfe, along with
Marina LeVine and
Martina Tafoya, were winners in the 4x400m relay as well, as the group hit an "A" standard in the event with a time of 3:50.09.
Also of note, freshman
