JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - The Embry-Riddle men's track and field team posted a number of strong results on Saturday at the UNF Invitational. Competing against primarily NCAA I competition, the Eagles held their own, recording eight top-ten finishes and numerous personal bests.
Carlos Guillermo took second in the javelin with a throw of 48.74m, while Daniel Cashdollar was seventh in the pole vault with a height of 4.25m.
Brodie Lubelski placed second in the shot put with a mark of 17.38m and finished seventh in the hammer with a personal-best toss of 47.64m. Zach Farner was 10th in the hammer with a mark of 43.10m.
On the track, Matt Graves earned a second-place finish with a PR time of 15:00.03 in the 5000m, while Noah Kemp also set a personal best with a time of 15:08.24 to finish fourth. Lonnie Marts was 10th in the 400m in 49.28 and 13th in the 200m with a time of 22.31.
The Eagles wrap up the season in two weeks at the USF Invitational in Tampa on April 22.
