In the Varsity Eight race, ERAU's boat of
Kathryn Chilelli,
Lauren Stollenwerk,
Jordan Pfile,
Megan Swam,

Athena Padgiotis,
Kaya Treder,
Rachel Hemsworth, and
Madeline Casper won by nearly 25 seconds, finishing in 6:49.9, while USF's boat posted a time of 7:14.05.
The final race of the day was the Novice Four, where Embry-Riddle's boat of Chilelli, Stollenwerk, Treder, Padgiotis, and
Kara Landing dominated both USF boats, winning the race in 7:27.7, more than 20 seconds ahead of the Bulls' "A" boat, which clocked a 7:48.0.
"Today's racing capped off a good week of training," Director of Rowing
Jamie Francis said. "We've gotten rid of some of the racing nerves and were able to perform better this week compared to last week. This was our first row down a buoyed course this spring and it provided a good opportunity for the coxswains and rowers to start getting used to that."
The Eagles will be back in the water on Wednesday, March 14, when they travel to Winter Park for a midweek dual against Rollins.
