2024-25 Schedule
DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. - With the start of the 2024-25 men's rowing season fast approaching, Embry-Riddle revealed its slate for the upcoming season which features nine events, some of which are brand new to the program.

The Head of the Charles has served as the season-opening regatta for the program since 2021, but this year Embry-Riddle starts with the Head of the Schuylkill on Oct. 26-27. Last year, the Eagles were victorious in Freshman/Novice Eights at that regatta.

The next two weeks contain new events for the program. ERAU makes its first appearance at the Princeton Chase on Nov. 3 and follows it up with the inaugural Head of the Canal (Nov. 9) hosted by Florida Tech.

The team takes a four-month winter break before opening the spring season at Rollins with Florida on March 8. Embry-Riddle then makes a short trip to the Stetson Showdown one week later on March 15.

ERAU will attempt to defend its state title at the Florida Intercollegiate Rowing Championships in Sarasota, Florida on March 28 and 29. After a week off, the Eagles fly north for the Knecht Cup (April 12-13).

After skipping the regatta last season, Embry-Riddle hopes for another successful trip to the Southern Intercollegiate Rowing Championships (April 18-19). The Eagles won in Varsity Fours during their last two appearances in 2022 and 2023.

ERAU has nearly a month to train and prepare for the most important competition of the season - USRowing's National Invitational Rowing Championships. Held in Worcester, Massachusetts on May 10, the Eagles need a good finish there to qualify for the Intercollegiate Rowing Association National Championship on May 30.
