NEW ORLEANS, Louisiana — Twenty-four members of the Embry-Riddle track and field programs were named to the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) Indoor All-South Region Team on Tuesday. Nine members came from the men's teams\, while 15 came from the women's team. The distinction is awarded to the top five men's and women's athletes in a particular event, and to the top three relay teams.
This is the most selections the Eagles have had in five years, since they had 25 in 2019.
Mikaela Miles, who made the first team for triple jump, will head to Pittsburg, Kansas, to compete in the triple jump at the 2024 NCAA II Indoor Track & Field Championships on March 8-9.
