DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – The Embry-Riddle women's track and field team kicked off its outdoor season in impressive fashion at the Eagle Invite, securing multiple first-place finishes across various events. The Eagle Invite was a home meet that took place at the ERAU Track & Field Complex.
HIGHLIGHT PERFORMANCES
- Maxi Kirschner: Opened her season with a standout performance, claiming first place in the javelin event with 41.42m.
- 4x400m Relay: The team of Liora C. Best, Taylor Roth, Allegra Triner, and Nina Richardson dominated the competition, securing first place with an impressive time of 3:56.66.
- Madison Morris: Showcased her strength in the shot put, earning first place with a throw of 40.86m.
- Leilani Spruill: Delivered an excellent performance in the pole vault, clearing 3.01m securing the top spot in the event.
- Emily Tubbs: The lone Eagle competed in the 3000m steeplechase, and delivered a stellar performance, finishing first with a time of 11:49.40.

The Eagles will travel to Orlando, Fla., to compete in the Black and Gold Invite hosted by the University of Central Florida on March 21-22.
