HOWEY-IN-THE-HILLS, Fla. - Embry-Riddle men's golf climbed two spots into a tie for 13th (587) at the NCAA II South/Southeast Regional after round two on Friday. Three Eagles ended their round at or below par, led by a 70 from Edoardo Scialanga. Play was suspended with six groups yet to complete their rounds due to lightning in the area.

With only the top seven teams advancing to the NCAA II National Championship, Embry-Riddle is just six shots back of the final transfer spot heading into the final day. Additionally, Tiago Barni is in a good spot to claim one of the two available individual slots for the two top golfers not on an advancing team. The senior is tied for seventh, just one stroke back of that second individual spot.

It's a loaded regional that features 13 teams ranked inside the top 25 of the most recent Clippd rankings with seven in the top 10.
