DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. - The Embry-Riddle women's cross country team ran to a fourth-place finish on Saturday morning at the 14th annual ASICS Embry-Riddle Classic. The Eagles' lone home meet of the year featured nearly 1,000 total runners across six races.

NCAA I Seton Hall won the race with 34 total points, with Bethune-Cookman and Florida Tech coming in second and third, respectively. The Eagles 101 points were good for fourth overall, as ERAU totalled 1:51:56 with an average time of 22:24.

Eliza Gazda was once again the top Eagle finisher, placing 17th overall in 21:13.93.
Martina Tafoya was close behind Gazda in 21st-place, running to a finish of 21:25.69.
Alexandria Meneses (23rd - 21:50.59) was the third ERAU scorer, while Brianna Paczysnki (23:15.59) and
Leanne Ellis (24:09.51) rounded out the ERAU top-five in 36th and 39th, respectively.
Hayley Lewis ran a 27:14.72 to finish 53rd, while the ERAU redshirt contingent showed very well, with
Alex Orr (19:16.09) finishing third overall and
Sarah Edens (19:20.80) placing fourth in the race.
Mikaela Hakamaa (7th - 20:00.62),
Josie Gray (10th - 20:02.76) and
Marina LeVine (22nd - 21:41.84) also ran unattached.
